Hello and welcome to ABP’s live coverage of the T20 World Cup match between Afghanistan and Sri Lanka. Afghanistan will be taking on Sri Lanka on Tuesday at the Gabba in the T20 World Cup match.  Sri Lanka are coming into the game after losing two back-to-back matches against Australia and New Zealand.  Glenn Phillips smashed 104 runs to take the Kiwi’s 167-7 in the first innings. Trent Boult did the rest by picking 4 wickets and restricting Sri Lanka to just 102 runs. Sri Lanka have to win this match in order to make it to the knockout stage. 

On the other side, two games of Afghanistan have been left dry as two of their scheduled matches so far have ended in washouts. The match against Sri Lanka is a huge opportunity for them as they look forward to winning it.
